Job Description
Jamestown Abstract Company is seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is focused on general administrative support, organization, and communication to keep the office running efficiently. This is a full time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, attention to detail, and being a key support person within a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Monitor and respond to emails; route messages to appropriate team members Organize and maintain physical and digital files Scan, copy, print, and upload documents into company systems Track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents Data entry and updating information in company software Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed Assist with general office organization and workflow coordination Support team members with administrative tasks as needed Keep pipeline organized and ensure deadlines are metQualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to learn new software systems quicklyCompensation:
