Role:

As a Membership Advisor, you'll be responsible for: Turning warm leads into loyal, paying members. Driving consistent monthly sales through in-person tours, phone calls, and follow-ups. Keeping a full, working pipeline—then closing it. Becoming the face of the brand during the membership process. Working closely with management to fine-tune strategies and improve conversions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience (B2B, B2C, inside sales, gym memberships, financial services, insurance, etc.). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Highly self-motivated with a strong internal drive. Strong organizational skills. You live in your CRM.
