We are a national property management company with residential apartment communities throughout the eastern US. We are looking for a talented leasing consultant to join our team in the Saratoga County area. As a leasing consultant, your goal is to provide our customers with memorable and one-of-a-kind living and working experience. We are seeking a candidate searching for a rewarding and long-term career in property management! If you love talking to people and find the idea of finding someone's home exciting, we would like to talk to you! This full-time role emphasizes sales, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. The primary responsibility of this position is to be the brand ambassador for our apartment community, to lease apartments through product demonstration and follow-up, and to assist the Community Manager with various business operations projects. You will be an integral part of the onsite marketing team and will assist with the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives and resident engagement. We offer a comprehensive onboarding and training program along with a competitive base salary and monthly commission incentive.
