Overview Seeking real estate agents for a top producing Hamptons firm. Experience is preferred but not required. If you are a motivated and energetic, the opportunity to make an astonishing amount of money is enormous. In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping clients buy, sell, and lease luxury properties in the Hamptons, guiding them through every step of the process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will ensure a seamless experience for clients while building lasting relationships. This position is commission based. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and personalized service Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase available listings effectively Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts to secure the best terms for clients while maintaining fairness and transparency Stay informed about local market trends, property laws, Fair Housing regulations, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and best practices Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating property management activities Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the transaction process Skills Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate property features, legal terms, and market insights clearly Previous real estate or sales experience that demonstrates attention to detail and ability to handle high end clients professionally.
