Job Description
Summary Join one of Ohio's Top 10 real estate teams and kickstart your real estate career with hands-on experience, thorough training, and daily mentorship. This role is perfect for a motivated, people-oriented individual who wants to learn the industry from the ground up by working closely with experienced agents. You'll gain practical experience by showing homes, interacting with clients, and supporting every stage of the home-buying process within a proven, results-driven environment. Take advantage of personalized coaching, ongoing accountability, and detailed, step-by-step systems through PLACE, providing you with the tools and support needed to fast-track your success in a fast-paced, high-achievement atmosphere. Responsibilities Work with a sales agent to show homes to clients Provide written feedback to help refine client search criteria Support clients throughout the home-buying process Write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week Attend weekly coaching, training, and team meetings Participate in script practice and accountability sessions Track activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Positive, coachable, growth-oriented mindset Comfortable spending significant time driving Learning-based with a desire to build a real estate career High school diploma or equivalent required About-our-team We are a Top 10 real estate team in Ohio , powered by PLACE, providing agents with industry-leading systems, marketing support, and technology that streamlines daily work and accelerates production.
