Job Description
What You Will Do:
Perform duties in various Real Estate disciplines including title research, closings, appraisals, negotiations, billing package reviews, legal description reviews, and construction and RW plan reviews. Use various computer software programs to prepare and manage reports and other documents, as well as perform administrative tasks. Interaction with the public and other government agencies.

Real Estate Supplemental Information All bargaining unit and exempt new hires to ODOT must serve a one-year probationary period.
