Owner-Operators:

Starting as a leasing agent provides firsthand insight into property operations. It opens doors for meaningful professional growth. On-target earnings range from $46,000 to $70,000+ annually (comprising an $18+ hourly base + uncapped commissions ).

Balanced Schedule:

A stable 40-hour-per-week schedule ( including Saturdays and select evenings) with a predictable, recurring day off during the week.
