Job Description

Reminger Co., LPA is seeking an associate attorney in the Columbus office for its Estate, Trust and Probate Litigation practice group.
About Our Firm:
Reminger is a full-service law firm with over 160 attorneys and 15 offices, servicing clients throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky in over 30+ practice groups What We're Looking for: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio 0-4 years of experience as an attorney Prior experience with probate, estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, or real estate law preferred but not required Prior litigation experience preferred but not required Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
What You'll Do:
Manage and assist with probate litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings Conduct legal research and prepare written memoranda Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy Handle estate administrations as the fiduciary or the attorney for fiduciary Draft estate planning documents This is an exciting opportunity for an associate attorney seeking to build a niche practice comprised of both litigation and transactional matters in the growing field of Probate.
