GED Full Job Description Leasing Agent Company:
Sundance Property Management Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our properties, assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to move-in. Key Responsibilities Present and tour properties while highlighting features and amenities to prospective residents Respond to inquiries and guide prospects through the leasing process Process rental applications, verify information, and complete lease documentation Maintain accurate guest cards and prospect data in property management systems Advertise available units through various marketing channels Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing to support leasing strategy Negotiate lease terms and successfully close leases Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong resident relationships Assist with property inspections to ensure readiness and appeal Prepare and submit weekly traffic and monthly commission reports Provide excellent customer service and support to residents and team members Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred At least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build rapport with residents Basic math skills (percentages, ratios, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Resman a plus) Core Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Effective time management and organizational skills Physical Requirements Ability to walk the property and climb stairs frequently Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Why Join Us?
