Real Estate Sales Closer Pay:
$95,000

Our closers work warm inbound leads generated from TV, radio, PPC, and digital campaigns. The pipeline is built and handed to you. Your job is to close it.   • Responsibilities Convert inbound leads into signed real estate contracts Maintain disciplined follow-up across active seller pipeline Execute consistent discovery and qualification calls Collaborate with internal team on pricing and deal structure Maintain performance metrics tied to conversion and revenue Requirements Prior success in inside sales, automotive, solar, insurance, timeshare, or similar high-ticket sales Proven ability to close deals in a commission-driven environment Strong communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture Experience managing CRM systems and structured pipelines (preferred) What You'll Do Engage and close warm inbound leads from motivated homeowners Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand seller needs and urgency Present confident, data-backed acquisition offers Manage a high-volume pipeline of active deals daily Follow up persistently to move opportunities from inquiry → contract Hit and exceed weekly and monthly closing targets Work directly with qualified leads— no cold calling required You'll thrive here if you Have closed in solar, auto, in-home, D2D, insurance, timeshare, or other high-ticket / high-velocity sales Are competitive by nature and measure yourself by results, not hours — losing a deal actually bothers you Make decisions fast and take full ownership of the outcome, good or bad Are energized by a fast pace and a full board, not worn down by it Want to control your income — and you're confident enough to bet on yourself to do it Are emotionally intelligent enough to discern when to use empathy and how to run a smooth discovery, while you create a positive experience for the homeowner on the other end of the phone This is NOT for you if You prefer a slow, quiet, or rigidly scripted environment Variable comp makes you nervous — you'd rather have a smaller guaranteed number You avoid hard conversations or back off when a negotiation gets uncomfortable You'd rather be liked than be effective Saturday mornings are non-negotiable for you, don't apply if you're not able & willing to close sales on the weekends What we offer Base salary + tiered, uncapped commission A steady flow of inbound leads — zero cold calling Medical, dental, vision + a Lifetime Fitness membership Daily coaching, live deal reviews, and real skill development A performance culture where your income, growth opportunities, and bonuses are earned on results, not tenure A clear path to Senior Closer and Leadership as we scale Real Estate Sales Closer•Schedule Monday & Friday 8:30 AM•5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM•6:00 PM Wednesday & Thursday 8:30 AM•8:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM•1:00 PM How to stand out We move fast on applications that stand out.
