Salary Range:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Base Salary with uncapped commissions Bonus opportunities Paid Training and Insurance license support Paid Time Off (PTO) Ongoing sales training and professional development Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule All leads, technology, and CRM tools provided Requirements Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Excellent communication skills Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting sales conversations Responsibilities Generate new business through provided leads, referrals, and prospecting activities. Cross-sell existing customers and uncover additional protection opportunities. Conduct professional insurance reviews and needs analyses. Follow our proven sales process from discovery through close. Build long-term customer relationships through education and trusted advice. Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
