Looking for a sales role where customers come to you? Cincinnati Cabinets is hiring a Kitchen & Bath Consultant to work with homeowners planning kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. This is a showroom-based position with warm leads provided daily. No cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting required. If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and earning commissions on high-ticket projects, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Meet with customers in our showroom Understand project goals, style preferences, and budget Recommend cabinets, countertops, and related products Prepare proposals and pricing Follow up with leads and existing customers Coordinate with designers, project managers, and installation teams Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM Deliver an excellent customer experience from first visit to project completion What We Offer Warm inbound leads No cold calling Established showroom and strong local reputation Training provided High average project value Support from design and operations teams Opportunity for six-figure earnings Compensation Base salary: $800 per week Commission on closed sales Top performers earn $100,000•150,000+ annually Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional appearance and attitude Comfortable discussing budgets and closing sales Organized and detail-oriented Experience in remodeling, flooring, cabinets, countertops, furniture, real estate, or home improvement is a plus
