This role is a strong fit for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience who wants meaningful client exposure, direct mentorship, real responsibility, and a practice environment built around clarity, efficiency, and high-quality work. This is not a volume-based, churn-and-burn law firm role. The work is thoughtful, client-facing, and outcome-oriented. The right candidate is sharp, responsive, organized, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where strong communication matters. A standard self-recorded video qualification is required as part of the application process. Applications submitted without the required video may not be considered.
