The work - How you will contribute : In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, the Development Associate provides key support to the project team in all efforts associated with the development process.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assume a key role in the development process with a focus on site selection, site feasibility, application preparation, scoring analysis, public approvals, and development feasibility research. Understanding of critical path within each project timeline and assisting Development Manager with adherence to timeline deliverables. Assist with due diligence in closing of projects. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Travel:

Required as necessary to travel to project sites, planning departments or community meetings.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Development, City and Regional /Urban Planning, Public Administration, Finance or Business Development. Previous experience with some components of real estate development. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Must have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Ability to analyze and interpret reports. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must.
