Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and driven individuals to join our growing office. This role is ideal for someone willing to commit to building a strong real estate business, serving clients at a high level, and actively growing their presence in their community. NON-Licensed individuals are encouraged to apply with discounts on licensing classes available. Key Responsibilities Represent buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling process Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, marketing, and community engagement Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and open houses. Provide market insights and pricing strategies to clients. Negotiate contracts and guide transactions from contract to closing. Maintain strong communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies. Stay current on market trends, inventory, and local real estate activity. Consistently generate new business and maintain a healthy pipeline.
