Part Time Sales Associate

In this energetic role, you will actively engage with prospective residents, provide exceptional customer service, and facilitate leasing processes to ensure a seamless experience. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help foster positive relationships, promote available properties, and support the overall success of our leasing team. This position offers meaningful work, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in real estate administration and customer relations. Duties Greet prospective tenants warmly, answer inquiries, and provide detailed property information to generate interest. Assist with property tours, highlighting features and benefits to encourage lease signings. Manage leasing paperwork, including contracts, applications, and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Utilize property management and customer relations software to input data, track leads, and maintain organized records. Support lease negotiations by explaining terms clearly and upselling additional amenities or services when appropriate. Coordinate with maintenance teams for property upkeep and ensure facilities are ready for showings. Uphold conflict management standards by addressing tenant concerns professionally and efficiently. Requirements Prior experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles is highly preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a strong plus. Familiarity with OneSite, KnockCRM or similar property management software preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and relationship management abilities. Strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, and administrative experience in an office setting. Ability to handle conflict professionally while maintaining positive tenant relations. Basic understanding of legal contracts, negotiation techniques, and lease agreements. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities; facilities management knowledge is beneficial.
