Real Estate Associate Attorney:

Our Wooster office seeks a full-time real estate attorney will assist clients with nationwide real estate portfolios and, additionally, will draft residential and commercial real property sales and lease agreements, as well as other core real estate transaction documents. Candidates will also negotiate and draft financing documents; review real estate due diligence documents; and coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings. Experience in the investigation and resolution of title and title insurance matters is also desirable.
