You will partner with the Team Leader to grow the Market Center's agent roster. Primary responsibilities include lead generation, conducting career consultations, and championing the KW culture. We're seeking a motivated individual focused on growth and productivity for our fast-paced Broken Arrow office.

What You'll Do:

Support growth through agent interviews and consultations Help drive productivity through coaching and accountability Lead trainings, onboarding, and follow-up with new agents Track KPIs through proprietary real estate management system Partner with the Team Leader to grow the office
