Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time $19 - $20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication LIHTC Yardi Microsoft Office Property leasing Driver's License Property leases Prospecting Marketing Full Job Description We are looking for a capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. The Leasing Agent will have a firm knowledge of the community and surrounding areas of the properties. They should also know real estate terminology, understand Fair Housing laws in their state/province, and be able to communicate effectively with prospective residents. Proven working experience as Leasing Agent Experience with Lease-up and/or LIHTC strongly desired Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Proven track of successful sales record Up to date with property market status MS Office familiarity, Yardi preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Persuasive with marketing and sales skills Customer service orientation Able to work and blossom in a high volume environment Duties Support the property management department by providing high quality customer service to our clients and staff.
