Job Description
Responsible for all leasing advertising & marketing activities, including creating ads, producing Marketing Reports, & tracking rental rates & trends. Follow up with Rental Inquiries. Process Rental Applications. Coordinate Vacancy & Conduct Showings. Fully execute all leasing duties & responsibilities of Single, Multi-family homes & Commercial Space in its entirety; beginning to end procedures. From Move-In to Move-Out; From Move-Out to Move-In. Complete Move-In Procedures & w/Tenants. Complete Move-Out Procedures & w/ Tenants. Assist Tenants as needed with lease concerns, renewals &/or questions. Maintain a valid driver's license & vehicle insurance @ all times. Additional Pay for Mileage & Cell Phone Usage.
