Schedule:

Wednesday - Saturday, 29 Hours per Week. Duties include, but are not limited to: touring prospects, leasing apartments, assisting with application and move in paperwork, walking vacant units, communicating with residents and office staff, occasional trash pick-up, assisting with marketing, writing and issuing resident memos and notices.

PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

We are looking for a friendly individual with customer service and/or sales experience with the motivation and desire to assist people in finding their new home. Must have basic computer skills & knowledge of Word and Excel, good English literacy, including writing mechanics and spelling.
