Just got your Oregon real estate license and not sure what to do with it yet? I've got a flexible, fun, and totally real-world opportunity for you. I'm a Portland-area Realtor looking for a licensed assistant to be my boots on the ground. No experience needed — just your license, a good attitude, a valid driver's license, and the ability to show up (lots of weekend work, sorry not sorry). Here's what you'd actually be doing: Helping prep listings to get them market-ready, letting contractors in and out of homes, running showings, attending inspections or signings, delivering closing gifts (yes, this is a real and delightful job task), and installing and removing yard signs and lockboxes around the west Portland metro area (Beaverton, Bethany, West Hills, Tigard, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, Cornelius) — and sometimes out as far as Colton or Rainier or Happy Valley. The real bonus? This role is designed to mentor you. I want to help build you up in this industry, show you how it actually works in the real world, and set you up for a real career in real estate. Think of it as getting paid to learn.
