Job Description

Are you newly licensed or looking to take your real estate career to the next level? Realty One Group Discovery is growing, and we're looking for motivated, client-focused agents to join our collaborative, high-energy team. We are especially focused on welcoming new agents into the industry. In fact, we are one of the few brokerages—if not the only one in Central Oregon—that has built a structured program specifically designed to train, mentor, and support new agents so they can build a strong, sustainable business from day one. Ideal Candidates Are:

Requirements:
Active Oregon real estate license (or in process) Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with technology (CRM, email, basic marketing tools) — or willing to learn
