Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This position will be the first point of contact. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. This role supports the Office Manager to implement and maintain business policies, services, and commitments to deliver a brokerage experience and presence that leads in our market. Qualifications Great customer service Exceptional organizational and time management skills Exemplary phone (communication) and computer skills a must Ability to adapt to already implemented team systems Confidently exude an outgoing and professional appearance/demeanor with positive energy. Proficient or quickly able to learn all aspects of the MLS System & transaction management system Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly: proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat a must Must be teachable, fast learner, good listener, and committed to professional growth
Administrative Support:
Responsible for the day-to-day office administrative tasks. Provide a welcoming & warm environment to all who enter the office Answering phones Input Listings & Transactions into the MLS & SkySlope (Transaction Management Tool)
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
