This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role—you'll be the face of the community, managing a steady flow of prospects, conducting tours, and closing leases, while delivering exceptional service to current residents. If you are motivated, people-focused, and confident in turning leads into leases, we want to meet you. ________________________________________ What You'll Do Leasing & Resident Experience Conduct high-impact apartment tours and showcase the community lifestyle Build relationships and understand individual resident and prospect needs Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in Post Craigslist ads and create social media content Meet and exceed leasing goals Customer Service Deliver a polished, professional experience to every prospect and resident Create a welcoming, community-focused environment while upholding policies Respond promptly and professionally to resident and prospect inquiries Organization & Follow-Up Maintain accurate records of leasing and resident activity Follow up consistently and in a timely manner to support occupancy goals Assist with lease processing and administrative tasks Oversee daily leasing responsibilities according to community policies ________________________________________ What We're Looking For Sales mentality- you know how to close Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor Strong follow-up habits and sense of urgency Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Dependable and available to work full-time Tuesday-Saturday ________________________________________ Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Proficient in English (spoken and written) Ability to pass a background and drug screening Preferred Experience Leasing, retail sales, or hospitality experience High-traffic community experience CRM or property management software (Yardi, Knock, etc.) ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits $21/hour + commission/bonus structure Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) PTO + holidays 401(k) matching Benefits available after 60 & 90 days ________________________________________ Why Join Us Steady-paced, dynamic environment—your day goes quickly Direct impact on community success Opportunity to develop skills and grow in a locally owned company
