Job Description

Hourly + commission | High earning potential!! Join Advanced Care Senior Referral Agency and build a career and network of community partnerships. We help seniors and their families, at NO COST, move into appropriate Senior Living housing. With support from our Registered Nursing team, as a Referral Agent, you will guide them through the process with our unique concierge approach. Our Unique Approach This is not cold calling, and it is not volume sales. You will work with real families with real needs , and every conversation has meaning. You are helping people make life-changing decisions with confidence and support. Duties Community Liaison for multiple community partners such as, Independent Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Adult Foster Homes. Accurately Assess and complete in-depth interviews for accurate placement needs. Manage/maintain relationships with clients and families ensuring positive and helpful communication. Manages emails, faxes, and leads with timeliness and professionalism. Responsible for obtaining contractual relationships and maintaining current relationships with senior living facilities. Presentations to educate seniors and community leaders. Expert use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel & ETTR Tour with families and their loved ones in housing referrals in our community. For company car use, you must have Valid Driver's License. Required Qualifications 3+ years in senior health care, community living, skilled nursing facility or community sales position. Must understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Advanced Care Senior Referral Agency. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively. Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills plus work independently maintaining all HIPPA and Governing Policies. Must present a professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred experience 3 years in senior care Administrator license of an assisted living, or memory care facility LPN or RN What You Get Base wage for Marketing and Community Liaison Up to 50% Commission for successful placements. Must be eligible to register with the Long-Term Care Referral Registry Must pass required background checks and Drug Screening Must follow all required disclosure rules regarding compensation and referral relationships

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
