Real Estate Associate (Portland) Portland, OR Job Details $250,000 - $340,000 a year 16 hours ago Qualifications Writing skills Real estate law Mid-level Property leasing 3 years Bar Full Job Description Holland& Knight's Portland office has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3 to 6 years of transactional experience, including significant responsibility for real estate finance and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. The candidate should have a deep understanding of title and survey review and general deal knowledge. Experience with leasing and joint ventures is a plus but not a prerequisite. Admission to practice in OR, immediate transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent writing skills are also essential. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $250,000 - 340,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. 3 - 6 years of experience Oregon Bar required, California Bar or Washington Bar a plus.
