Job Description

John's Waterproofing, a regional leader in crawl space encapsulation, healthy indoor air quality, and basement waterproofing services, is expanding our Real Estate Response Division . This specialized team works directly with real estate professionals and homeowners to evaluate foundation, structural, and waterproofing concerns that arise during real estate transactions. In this role, you will meet with homeowners and real estate agents at appointments scheduled by our team. Your objective is to carefully assess the home, clearly explain any issues that may exist, and recommend the most appropriate solutions. Success in this role requires a consultative and educational approach—helping agents and homeowners understand the condition of the property so they can make confident decisions. Our Real Estate Response Specialists become trusted resources for real estate professionals, building strong relationships and providing valuable insight during time-sensitive transactions. What You'll Do Conduct scheduled on-site evaluations for homeowners and real estate agents to identify foundation, waterproofing, and structural concerns. Provide clear, honest, and educational explanations of findings and recommended solutions. Deliver a consultative experience that prioritizes information and guidance over high-pressure sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and brokerages. Serve as a go-to resource for agents by offering to review concerns on properties when needed. Represent John's Waterproofing at real estate offices and industry events. What We're Looking For Highly self-motivated individuals who thrive in a relationship-driven environment.
