Transaction Coordinator - Licensed Oregon or Washington Realtor High-Volume | Fast-Paced | Growth Opportunity Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join the backend TC team for Oregon's #1 Real Estate Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for long-term growth opportunity. You'll help manage transactions from listing to contract to close, ensuring files stay organized, compliant, and on track throughout every stage of the process. Experience with Washington real estate contracts and transactions is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the transaction process from listing to close for a high volume of files Coordinate with agents, lenders, escrow, and other parties to ensure deadlines are met Track timelines, deadlines, and compliance requirements across all files Prepare, review, and maintain complete and accurate transaction documentation Proactively resolve issues to keep transactions moving smoothly Maintain organized file systems and ensure compliance standards are met Qualifications Active Oregon or Washington real estate license required Experience with Washington real estate contracts strongly preferred Prior Transaction Coordinator experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions simultaneously Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Self-starter who performs well in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Growth Commission-based income Expected earnings: $50,000+ annually, with high growth potential Opportunities for increased responsibility and income as volume grows Long-term role with one of Oregon's top-producing real estate teams
