Responsibilities Lead listing consultations and guide sellers through pricing, timing, and strategy Convert listing opportunities through clear, confident communication Execute pre-listing preparation plans (pricing, staging, positioning) Convert online buyer inquiries (including Zillow Preferred opportunities) into active clients, identifying potential seller opportunities and pipeline growth Collaborate with in-house marketing to ensure strong listing presentation Manage seller expectations throughout the listing and negotiation process Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to maximize outcomes Execute consistent lead generation to maintain a listing pipeline Host and leverage open houses strategically (minimum 4 per month) Track all client activity and pipeline within PLACE Technology Participate in weekly coaching, trainings, and script practice Continuously refine skills in pricing strategy, objection handling, and seller communication Qualifications You've likely had success in real estate, but you know listings require a different level of skill.
