Responsibilities Complete PLACE Launch to get fully up to speed on our systems and standards Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly, consistent basis Convert and nurture Zillow Preferred leads with urgency, professionalism, and follow-through Consult with buyers; convert with signed buyer agreements Consult with sellers; convert to listings and market homes with a high-touch, strategic approach Negotiate offers on behalf of clients with skill and confidence Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and full-service listing support Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments Conduct two open houses per month, consistently Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and ongoing training Qualifications You're a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge and a genuine passion for helping people. You've built real skills over your career, generating leads, building trust quickly, navigating objections, and you're looking for a team and a platform that can match your ambition and help you keep growing.
