If you have, if you know how to walk into a seller's home, earn their trust, price with precision, and win the listing, we want to talk. We're looking for a listing agent who's ready to stop doing everything themselves and start operating at a higher level. On our team, you focus on converting and closing. Our in-house Success Team handles up to 80% of transaction management so your time goes where it matters most. As a Zillow Preferred team, we also bring in a consistent pipeline of high-intent leads, giving you more opportunities to do what you do best without spending all your energy sourcing them. You'll be backed by proven PLACE systems, elite marketing support, and coaching designed for agents who are already good and want to become exceptional. The platform includes revenue sharing, investment opportunities, health insurance options, and leadership development. The infrastructure is here. The question is whether you're ready to use it. Responsibilities Complete PLACE Agent Launch, the foundation everything else is built on Convert seller leads and win listings with consistency and professionalism Convert and nurture Zillow Preferred leads with urgency and follow-through Deliver an exceptional client experience from first consultation through close Demonstrate genuine expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and market positioning Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly to keep your pipeline full Run four strategic open houses per month as part of your business development Delegate transaction management to the in-house Success Team, and trust the system Leverage PLACE technology and marketing resources to elevate your brand and listings Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, script practice, and team activities Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology consistently Qualifications You've been around long enough to know what separates agents who build a real business from those who just stay busy. You win listings because sellers trust you, not just because you showed up. You follow through, take feedback seriously, and hold yourself to a standard whether or not anyone is watching. Familiarity with online lead platforms like Zillow is a plus, and you understand the pace they require and know how to convert them.
