Description Real Estate Title Processor/Estate Administrative Assistant Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, interacting with clients in a professional manner; answering phones; acting as a liaison between the estate paralegal and clients; preparing all aspects of a real estate closing (including Closing Disclosures); organizing/filing papers and documents; word processing and transcribing dictation as well as some general office duties. Fulltime (Monday-Friday) 9:00-5:00 Must be proficient in Word and/or WordPerfect Familiarity in SoftPro and Lackner is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
