Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant - Luxury Class A Lease-Up (New Construction) Larken Associates is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at a brand-new, luxury Class A apartment community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new construction lease-up, helping launch a high-end community and deliver an exceptional resident experience from day one. As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the property management team to attract prospective residents, lease apartments, and provide superior customer service in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. This position requires weekend availability , which is essential during the lease-up phase.

What You'll Do:

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into scheduled appointments Build rapport with prospects and conduct luxury apartment tours Lease and pre-lease apartments by effectively selling the community, amenities, and lifestyle Complete applications and prepare lease and renewal documentation Maintain model apartments and ensure tour paths are clean, organized, and market-ready Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, including assisting with issue resolution Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to support lease-up goals Inspect models and available units to ensure they meet luxury presentation standards Monitor apartment grounds and communicate issues to the Property Manager Coordinate with maintenance to schedule service requests and track work order status Perform additional duties as assigned by Property Manager, Regional Manager, and/or

Asset Manager What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of leasing experience (luxury and/or lease-up experience strongly preferred) Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Yardi preferred Proficiency in MS Office Reliable transportation Clean criminal background Positive, professional, and upbeat attitude Ability to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced lease-up environment
