Director of Sales The Slivka/Reilley Team at Century 21 Fairways Real Estate | Full-Time Help Build One of the Region's Top-Producing Real Estate Teams Are you a proven real estate professional who loves developing people as much as closing deals? The Slivka/Reilley Team is looking for a Director of Sales to coach agents, drive production, recruit top talent, and help shape the future of one of Western Pennsylvania's fastest-growing real estate organizations. This isn't a traditional management role. It's an opportunity to lead, mentor, and build a high-performance sales organization while earning an income that grows alongside the success of the team. What You'll DoCoach & Develop Agents (40%) Help agents maximize their production through consistent coaching and accountability.
Responsibilities include:
Weekly and bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions Business planning and goal setting CRM and pipeline accountability KPI tracking and performance reviews Improving lead conversion Helping agents overcome obstacles and grow their business Celebrating wins while addressing performance gaps Lead Sales Training (25%) Develop and deliver engaging training that improves agent performance.
Topics include:
Buyer consultations Listing presentations Negotiation strategies Objection handling Role-playing CRM best practices Lead conversion Open house strategies Prospecting systems Zillow Flex lead management You'll also help create new training materials as the organization continues to grow. Recruit Top Talent (20%) Growth is one of our biggest priorities, and you'll play a key leadership role.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct recruiting appointments Build relationships with prospective agents Follow up with recruiting leads Attend career nights and networking events Mentor new agents through onboarding Help strengthen our culture and leadership team Maintain Limited Personal Production (15%) You'll continue selling real estate on a limited basis to: Stay sharp in today's market Lead by example Generate additional income Leadership responsibilities will always come first. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Licensed real estate professional Proven sales performer Strong communicator Natural leader Positive and coachable Highly organized Competitive with a growth mindset Passionate about developing others High integrity and accountable Motivated by building people—not just personal production Leadership or coaching experience is a strong plus. Compensation We believe leaders should be rewarded for helping others succeed. Base Salary $24,000 annually Provides stability while you build the leadership side of the role. Team Production Bonus Earn $100 for every closed transaction completed by the team.
Examples:
300 Team Closings = $30,000 400 Team Closings = $40,000 450 Team Closings = $45,000 500 Team Closings = $50,000 600 Team Closings = $60,000 We are on pace to do 300+ transactions in 2026 & Our goal is 450+ team transactions annually , with continued growth. Recruiting Bonus For every agent you recruit, you'll earn 5% of the team's split on their first five closed transactions.
Typical earnings:
Approximately $600
  • 750 per transaction $3,000
  • 3,750 per recruit Recruit five successful agents and earn approximately $15,000
  • 18,750 Recruit ten successful agents and earn approximately $30,000
  • 37,500 Limited Personal Sales Continue selling real estate in a limited capacity while leading the team, creating another significant income opportunity.
