We are looking for an energetic and driven Leasing Consultant with PRIOR leasing experience to join our team at a well-maintained residential community in Lancaster, PA . If you enjoy building relationships, have a knack for sales, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Welcome prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, and guide them through the leasing process from start to finish Follow up with leads and convert prospects into happy residents Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and maintain accurate documentation Stay up to date on availability, pricing, and community amenities Build lasting relationships with current residents to support retention Assist with marketing efforts including social media and online listings Maintain accurate records in property management software Requirements Prior leasing or sales experience is a plus but not required — we are willing to train the right person Strong communication and people skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Positive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help people Flexibility to work weekends as needed Experience with property management software is a bonus Join us in creating vibrant communities where residents feel valued!
