Job Summary Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, leasing agents play a key role in helping prospective residents find their next apartment . This agent will be responsible for leasing efforts at Craigdell Gardens in New Kensington and Canyon Place in Penn Hills . We expect on-target earnings to be between $46,000 and $70,000 annually , combining an $18+ hourly base with significant performance-driven commission . The standard 40-hour schedule includes one weekend shift and select evenings , balanced by a recurring day off during the week .
