Job Description

Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team! Have you been thinking of making a change? Do you love Real Estate and are curious about how to start? Are you looking to learn the real estate industry from the inside out on your way to becoming a thriving agent? We're a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, conscientious "people person" who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. You'll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, and an opportunity for bonuses and growth. Compensation:
Compensation starting at $50 per house showing, plus potential bonus

Responsibilities:
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Professional in attitude and appearance Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease About Company Although our office is newly opening, I am an experienced real estate professional with ties in the community and over 27 years of full-time real estate sales experience.
