Must be proactive with rent collections and tenant balances. Must be able to deal with all tenant issues, submit paperwork for HUD/PHA, open work orders, etc. Must be energetic, organized, and great time management skills. On time attendance is required. This is a full-time position. There are 3 office locations that would need to be rotated with. Occasionally transport from one location to another location will be required. The locations are in West Philly and are 15-25 minutes of each other. Must have own transportation. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
