The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential properties, maintaining positive tenant relationships, overseeing property operations, and ensuring high occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and show available rental units to prospective tenants Respond to leasing inquiries and conduct property tours Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals Manage tenant communications and resolve resident concerns Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards Collect rent payments and assist with delinquency management Maintain accurate tenant and property records Support efforts to maximize occupancy and resident retention
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, leasing, real estate, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
