Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in State College. This position will be the heartbeat of our communities in State College. A PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. If you don't have one, we will pay for you to get one! Provide tours of rental properties to prospects. Follow up by telephone and email to prospects. Assist in Leasing Events. Daily customer service with our residents•work order requests, communications, etc. Various data entry. Answer Phones. Property Inspections.Requirements:
Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
