Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Prepare and present market analyses to help clients make informed decisions. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients. Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and property values. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in every transaction. Manage administrative tasks related to listings, contracts, and client communications. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and referrals.
