Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Full-time What You'll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting prospective residents and conducting engaging property tours Showcasing community features, amenities, and available units Responding to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person Processing rental applications and verifying applicant qualifications Assisting with lease preparation and move-in coordination Maintaining accurate leasing records and reports Supporting resident retention efforts and delivering outstanding customer service Collaborating with property management to ensure a seamless leasing experience What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
