Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our real estate investment team. This role involves identifying and engaging potential property sellers, consistent follow up, and negotiating deals to obtain contracts for properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, negotiation strategies, and the ability to build relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will also be a self-starter, motivated/driven, and hungry for success. Responsibilities Work with potential property sellers through various marketing channels and networking efforts Consistently follow up and nurture potential leads via texts, calls, drip campaigns, etc. Schedule & attend in-person appointments with clients to understand their needs to sell their properties for cash Negotiate purchase agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the client and the company Maintain detailed records of interactions, negotiations, and transaction progress using organizational tools and Salesforce CRM Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate investment trends and property values Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Assist in marketing efforts to promote property listings and attract potential sellers Experience Proven experience in sales, evaluating property conditions and repair scopes, analyzing values and margins, and negotiating contracts Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a diverse array of clients Organizational skills with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and relationship-building capabilities Familiarity with marketing strategies and lead follow up processes
