Sales and Leasing Consultant (Giambalvo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram)

Jack Giambalvo Family of dealerships is currently seeking a full time experienced Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team at our Giambalvo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location! If you are a motivated, experienced Sales & Leasing Consultant who takes pride in their profession and may be seeking stronger leadership, a better culture, or long-term career growth look no further! What You'll Do:

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction Determine customer needs through effective communication and active listening Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives Guide customers through the sales process, including features, warranties, and paperwork Establish personal sales goals and work to meet dealership performance standards Maintain follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business Utilize CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and customer interactions Stay current on product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends Attend sales meetings and collaborate with team members Introduce customers to the service department to support long-term relationships Follow dealership processes and daily routines to maximize success

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of automotive sales experience required Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset Consistent work ethic, organization, and follow-through Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Valid driver's license
