We specialize in acquiring off-market and distressed residential properties and creating profitable solutions through wholesaling and strategic dispositions. This role is ideal for a strong closer who understands that income is tied directly to performance and results. Role Overview As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for converting qualified seller leads into signed contracts. You will negotiate directly with homeowners, analyze property values, and structure profitable deals that align with company standards. This position is hybrid, with preference for on-site collaboration. Key Responsibilities Conduct phone conversations with qualified and motivated sellers Build rapport and uncover seller motivation Analyze property value, ARV, repairs, and assignment margins Present and negotiate offers Lock up contracts and move deals efficiently through the pipeline Maintain accurate CRM documentation Collaborate with Disposition and Transaction teams to ensure smooth closings Compensation This is a performance-driven role. 10% - 15% commission on assignment fee per closed deal High performers can generate substantial monthly income based on deal volume No income cap What We Expect Strong negotiation ability Comfort handling objections Consistent outbound follow-up and pipeline management Daily CRM updates Professional communication at all times Preferred Background Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or high-ticket sales Experience with distressed property sellers is a plus Spanish is a significant advantage but not required Self-motivated and results-driven This role requires emotional maturity, consistency, and discipline. You will be speaking with homeowners in sensitive situations, and professionalism is non-negotiable.
