  • Contract Job Summary High-Level Appointment Setter / Client Development Specialist — Luxury Real Estate A top-producing luxury real estate team in Arizona is seeking an elite Appointment Setter / Client Development Specialist to help identify, qualify, and schedule appointments with high-net-worth homeowners, buyers, investors, and referral partners.
This is not a basic cold-calling position. We are looking for a polished, driven, highly professional communicator who can represent a luxury brand at the highest level. The right person will be comfortable speaking with affluent clients, business owners, executives, athletes, developers, and luxury homeowners. This role is designed for someone who wants a real career opportunity, not just a job. For the right person, the income potential is significant, with the goal of helping this individual earn six figures or more through a strong base/commission structure tied to performance.
Responsibilities include:
Prospecting and identifying qualified luxury real estate leads Making outbound calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups Booking appointments with serious buyers, sellers, investors, and referral sources Managing and nurturing a high-value database Communicating professionally with luxury clients and prospects Tracking conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in a CRM Working directly with a high-performance real estate team to create opportunities The ideal candidate: Has appointment setting, inside sales, recruiting, luxury sales, real estate, mortgage, financial services, hospitality, or high-ticket sales experience Is confident, articulate, persistent, and extremely professional Understands how to speak to successful, high-net-worth individuals Has excellent phone presence and written communication skills Is organized, accountable, and highly motivated by income Can handle rejection and follow up relentlessly without sounding pushy Wants to grow with a serious luxury real estate business Has a strong work ethic and understands that top earners are built through consistency
Compensation:
This position will include a strong performance-based compensation structure with the goal of allowing the right person to earn $100,000+ annually . Exact compensation will be based on experience, production, and results.
