Description:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized attorney with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can manage responsibilities independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including lender representation Prepare, review, and analyze real estate documents, advising clients throughout the process Communicate regularly with clients, realtors, lenders, and other transaction parties Review abstracts of title, title commitments, and title reports Attend closings and guide clients through closing documentation

Qualifications:

Admitted to the NYS Bar Association 2-5 years of relevant legal experience Strong ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
