Full Job Description Abstract:
Jay Hancock Real Estate is a fast-paced real estate business operation in the Twin Cities. We are seeking an individual to act as the Business Manager. This position is directly responsible for handling all back office duties for the business, and additionally needs to be a professional and friendly face of the organization.Schedule:
Monday-Friday with various hours on nights/weekends depending on market activity. Schedule is semi-flexible based on activity level from Jay Hancock Real Estate.Qualifications:

Real Estate experience. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities, and wants to contribute to the success of the organization!Preferred:
Currently holds a real estate license, or is willing to obtain one in the first 3 months. Licensing fees will be paid for by Jay Hancock Real Estate. Overview It is imperative for this person to have a positive attitude! You will be supporting a high- volume agent and their business, with the opportunity to learn from an experienced agent. With that said, you will have high-impact on their business and the expectations will be high. To be successful, you will need to be a leader, maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Provide input, support, and solutions to ensure the success of the strategic plan for the business. 8. Build affinity and loyalty with Jay Hancock, his clients, vendors, and partners. 9. Responsibilities Specific Duties Draft and process all paperwork, including listing, buy side, and offer documents with a high-level of detail and accuracy. Work with the office front desk ensure accurate new listing information so they can enter property into the MLS. Occasionally, you will need to input the listing, and/or edit it. Execute the life-cycle process for all listing and buyside transactions. Manage files on our paperless system, Skyslope. Follow systems to properly record and process earnest money/TrustFund process.Schedule and confirm showing requests:
Include proper documentation in ShowingTime. Keep track of contingency dates, home warranties, ordering sign installation/removal, ordering and attending listing photography sessions, staging consultations, lockbox placing, and all else pertaining to each transaction. Prepare all buyer and listing presentations, including comparative market analysis, marketing presentation, etc. Prepare a daily run-through for Jay so he is aware of daily tasks. Manage Jay's personal and professional calendar. Keep track of all reporting, including revenue, expenses, and progress tracking in order to stay on target with sales goals. Reorganize and manage all past and current client management systems. Manage all operating systems, including but not limited to marketing, project management, real estate-related programs, CRM's, etc. Develop social media marketing strategies - including developing and scheduling a calendar of content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Develop and implement systems and checklists for each transaction to ensure consistency and accuracy. Communicate via phone, email, and in-person to clients and other stakeholders on any/all items regarding the transaction. Run errands for marketing and client concierge, including but not limited to - open house preparation, listing preparation, marketing materials pickup/delivery, etc. Plan and organize quarterly client-appreciation events. All other duties as assigned. Additional Information You will be expected to run the business for Jay Hancock, so he can focus on exceeding projected sales goals. Appropriate Dress forWork:
When around clients, business casual dress is appropriate. Compensation $50,000 annually + $50/file bonus after 90 days of proven success. You can also earn referral commission if you refer business to the individual.Pay:
