Job Description
Century 21 Vanguard, a top-performing real estate agency in Irmo, SC, is seeking a motivated and dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow their careers in real estate with a company recognized for its market expertise and commitment to agent success. Compensation $80,000-$100,000 + per year (commission-based, with significant earning potential based on performance) Responsibilities Bring in qualified leads and help close deals Add prospective customers to the sales funnel, assess homebuyers' wants and needs, and follow up to ensure successful sales Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers, ensuring seamless transactions and a positive sales experience Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other communication channels to generate qualified leads and grow your pipeline Arrange open houses to introduce clients to the local real estate market Seek out potential homebuyers and provide information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Serve as the main point of contact between buyers and sellers, ensuring a successful sale Qualifications 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with area real estate market conditions and current trends Benefits Competitive commission structure with no desk fees Access to extensive training and mentorship from some of the most knowledgeable agents on the Grand Strand.
